We have forgotten.

“In this present crisis, government is not the solution to our problem; government is the problem. From time to time we’ve been tempted to believe that society has become too complex to be managed by self-rule, that government by an elite group is superior to government for, by, and of the people. Well, if no one among us is capable of governing himself, then who among us has the capacity to govern someone else? All of us together, in and out of government, must bear the burden. The solutions we seek must be equitable, with no one group singled out to pay a higher price.

Words of incredible wisdom from Ronald Reagan on a day when our Congress steals more of our freedoms than you can possibly imagine….and makes us pay for it.

Mark this day, my friends.

Yes, how true. The government created this problem, and make no mistake about it that the government will make this problem worse! One has to look no further than the the list of “Christmas tree ornaments” adorning a now $850 billion “bailout” package…as if $700 billion wasn’t enough? How dare they earmark this bill (oh, excuse me, I believe that they are referring to said additions as “extensions” – pardon me)! See my site for more.

I am 100% against the bailout. We should let them all go bankrupt.

I came across your site through Michelle Malkin’s site.

My blog is the Tygrrrr Express.

If you feel it is of a high quality, please consider a link or blogroll exchange.

Also, I get a decent amount (not Malkin-sized!) of traffic, in case you have anything you would like to promote.

    Respectfully,
